    Best K9 Cooling Vest Available

Posted by Project Paws Alive on Apr 19th 2019

We are a nationwide nonprofit who purchases these and then donates the vests to Law Enforcement, Fire, Search & Rescue and Military K9s. These are far superior to any other cooling vest. They last longer, and the quality is premium. The military K9s love these because they are cooled when its over 100 degrees in some parts of the world. The vests do not inhibit or restrict the K9s in any way. And the dogs remain completely dry, unlike most cooling vests that you have to wet, or the ice melts through it. This is the only vest on the market that targets all the core K9 parts of the body that must be kept cool to prevent medical emergencies. The other smart feature is the harness opening on the back so you can still use your harness and put this right over it. For handlers this is key, especially when tracking for hours, or conducting search efforts. The ID panels make it convenient to apply patches and identification. What is not shown are the bags that come with these - bags you can only get by ordering on this site. The bags are designed to keep the vest in top shape and keep the elements out, but even more impressive is that the bag is designed to keep ice in it for hours so if you need to recharge the vest, you can by placing it in the bag with ice for 15-20 mins and its good to go again. Yes these are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for, and we have donated over a 100 of these. The packs are replaceable if needed and the vests clean up in less than 5 minutes. The first responders and military we donate these to love them and we have a constant demand for them. We also use these in South Florida for our own pets.
